Directions from Knoxville take I-40 (West) and exit on Watt Rd.(exit #369). Travel south until it ends at US11 / US70. Turn right (West) and follow US11 to the left when the road splits. Continue for 3 miles until you get to a flashing caution light at Muddy Creek Rd. Turn left (South) and follow until it ends at Martel Rd. Turn left and then continue through the narrow bridge. Go straight on Beals Chapel Rd for 3 miles where you will see the blue ConKinnon Pointe sign. Turn right onto Parris Dr. and then left into Con Kinnon Pointe.
